Opening Hours

Our opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery

Your goods are estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days after receiving the shipment confirmation email. For Next Day Special Delivery please ensure you place your order before 4pm Mon-Fri.

Non Delivery

If for some reason you have not received the goods within 15 working days of your shipment confirmation email please contact us so we can look into your order. Most packets will be sent via a tracked service however please check first with your local Royal Mail collection office, other household members and neighbours in case the order has been delivered but the postman/courier did not leave a “whilst you were out” card. Please note that for all low value items sent via Royal Mail we must wait 15 working days before we can provide any refund or redeliver your goods. This is due to Royal Mail policy. Each case is fully investigated and full details are given to Royal Mail to avoid fraudulent activity.

Product Availability

We currently have only a limited amount of products on our website. We do, however, have access to all manufacturers and products. If your product isn’t listed we will be happy to provide you with a no obligation quote.
